Parenting is tricky and we need all the help we can get. Luma welcomes parents with children in tow any time of day that we are open. Please drop in for a pit-stop, to use the bathroom, or for a snack and cup of tea in the lounge. Our class schedule is designed to offer parents and children activities and classes that happen in tandem. Also, don't forget to take advantage of our lightly structured childcare as a way to gift yourself a much-needed wellness appointment! We offer on-site massage, acupuncture, aromatherapy, yoga therapy, and movement therapy. Click here for more information.
Luma also offers the following support circles for parents to gather and exchange stories. Whether you're seeking advice, need to talk, or simply want to get out of the house with the new babe, you'll find friendly company at Luma. The following drop-in circles are offered weekly. These circles are offered free of charge by Luma and the devoted practitioners who host them. We gently suggest a donation of $5 to $10 per week.
